1. The dress you choose will be sent to you cleaned, pressed. Insured with return receipt requested. 2. We (buyer and seller) will agree on the day to mail the dress to you and the day that you will mail it back (if you are in or around Baton Rouge we will allow pick-up and drop off). The dress must be in the mail the next business day after your wedding. If the post office is closed that day, then the dress must be mailed the first day the post office opens. Dress will be mailed 3 day priority mail.
3. Your deposit will be returned to you within in one month after the dress is returned, cleaned (by us) and checked for damage. If there is damage, your deposit will be used to fix the dress and the balance of the deposit will be returned to you.
4. If you damage a dress beyond repair we reserve the right to demand the retail value of the dress in addition to keeping the deposit.
5. When sending the dress back to us, please return it in the same garment bag and box that it was sent to you in using the pre-paid postage labels provided.
6. If the dress you wish to rent becomes damaged before your wedding we will contact you immediately. You may then choose another gown or get a refund of all fees paid. You may want to consider placing a hold on a dress so that the likelyhood of this happening will be lessened.
